We’re looking for a Payroll HR Support Administrator to join our client who are a leading temporary structure and staging company within the events Industry to major festivals and tours in both the UK and Europe!
This is a varied role where you will support the HR, Payroll and Training teams providing administrative duties and support to the team manager and other members of the team. You will be someone who has a can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
You will be supporting with a broad range of operational tasks including data inputting, weekly payroll assistance, staff inductions, holiday recording, recruitment, processing expenses, driving licence checks and much more!
It’s really important that you are someone who has strong attention to detail to ensure that all information and documents are stored correctly and kept up to date. This won’t be your first role within an office environment, and you will be able to demonstrate key administrative HR/Payroll skills that we require for this role.
You will be someone who has a keen interest to progress within payroll and will be provided with full support and training within your role to help you succeed. They have a great company culture and work environment to help you thrive in your role. If you are multilingual even better however this isn’t a mandatory requirement.
This is a privately owned UK company, with a head office near Leeds. This role is based on site Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:30) so we will require somebody who lives locally to the area. On occasion, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends during their busy periods (May – November) where this will be paid in addition to your salary, but this is split throughout the team fairly on a rota basis.
From a salary perspective, you are looking at £27,000 per annum being offered for this role. You will receive 21 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (This goes up a day each year of service), bike2work scheme, pension and many other benefits from working with this organisation.
