OX Seven Creative Partners are a small, but highly courageous team. We have all worked in the recruitment industry long enough to know that 99% of the time you don’t get the service you deserve. That just doesn’t sit right with us. We don’t get it right 100% of the time, but we are constantly working toward that.
We’re a team that win together, and lose together. Recruitment is often viewed as very much a soloist pursuit, but we’ve created an environment which is supportive and mature.
On a daily basis, we share industry insights, we educate each other on developments and share knowledge. It really does allow us to give our stakeholders a much better service.

Keiran McGrath
Keiran studied Event Management at university which sparked a real passion for the profession. Having worked in the event industry for 4 years before entering the world of recruitment, Keiran really does know what he’s talking about.
Kieran is actually the youngest addition to our team, which everybody’s a bit bitter about, to be honest. Frustrating.
He’s a gym bunny (although he hasn’t been for at least 18 months – he can’t be bothered) who spent his youth in the boxing ring. He won 66% of his fights, which, if you round up, is 100%. So, undefeated.
Sammy Barrett
Sammy is fairly new to recruitment, having spend the last few years working in management positions for SME’s and global retail businesses.
Something which Sammy is staunchly passionate about is the candidate experience she provides to the people she represents.
In her downtime she enjoys taking her spaniel out for long adventures and tucking up in the evening with a glass of wine. Oh, and she loves to go to the seaside and will always make any excuse up to get there!
Will Grashoff
Will is a passionate advocate of the recruitment profession. Dedicated to doing things the right way and building meaningful partnerships with clients.
If you’re struggling to imagine the dynamic he pushes for the office, think David Brent from Brackley meets Cotswold Chic, and then you’re probably 87% there. It’s weird, but it works.
He is regularly asked to contribute to industry publications and is slowly becoming a well respected, key opinion leader in the recruitment industry. Slowly, but surely.
Outside of work he lives in a female-dominated environment with 3 divas bossing him around. However, in 2019 baby Arthur was born and re-addressed that balance. Will is the head of head of commercial for Brackley Town FC – which is a voluntary role.

We pride ourselves in what we can offer beyond the usual:
18% of everything billed from £0 to £20k monthly.
25% of everything billed from £20k to £30k monthly.
50% of everything billed above £30k monthly
Your base salary will be anything from £20k up to £40k, depending on experience.
There is complete flexible working. You’re contracted to 40 hours a week. You start and finish the day when you want.
Like hitting the gym in the morning? Cool, just come in after (you have showered) and do your day. Complete flexibility. Oh, and we also have unlimited holiday and finish at 12.30 every Friday.
We’ve invested heavily in our tech stack and use VoIP systems which create call transcripts, summary’s and save them in our CRM (Vincere), which is linked to our website, which feeds all the applications through. Oh, and we have the best LinkedIn recruiter package you can get.
